Hi Bob, Last week's NASDAQ showed 328 New Highs and 620 New Lows out of 5084 issues. Advance/Decline was 2067/2611. Still, there were 13 stocks out of Value Line that had risen more than 100% in the last quarter. This is what drives my Speculation Index crazy. To make VL's "Best performers" list takes a gain of 61% while to get on the Bad Boys List only takes a drop of 40%. Market's more confused than ever. Confusion although short term bearish usually doesn't last that long. Best regards, Tom
