delusional bud. Where did I say this would be a pump & dump ? It may be pumped by inexperienced neophytes much like yourself after they buy in and run it higher. My record proves I both expose pumps while at the same time "dumping" if I own them. A recent example was AVCC which ran to $5.75 from $2 in s few days. I sold the puke out of it because it had reached my 2-3 year target in short order. And of course it quickly fell back under $2 where I reloaded. Pump & dumps are one thing. This (without knowing more about the control persons) suggests it will have to be a longer range story as I am sure they will merge something they own into this little "shell" and then own millions & millions of illiquid (for them) shares. Whatever, the stock will no longer fit my value profile but I think it has a shot of really running...$3,5,maybe even $10. I will be the guy slowly peeling off shares on the way up usually on the offer. You see, what I do is recognize that a stock may run. then take advantage of it if and when it does. I dont normally buy these kind, but I have learned that they can often turn into the "hot" stocks. Like WCAP which I bought for 78 cents and it quickly became all the rage and ran to $60. I was OUT at $12 and never looked back all the while laughing at the folly of those playing internet roulette. I call it like I see it. And I am brutally honest. Quite a change from the pumpsters at VALH which are dumping the heck out of their half cent shares at whatever price they can get while singing its praises. Thats called securities fraud. Thats called deception. I stand for fully integrated honesty. And if that means I am threatened to be sued by a few dozen shamish otcbb pump & dumps then so be it. My track record at exposing shams speaks for itself.
