I have my ballot here on the desk and will send it out in the morning with my vote FOR the merger Derek. I think my thoughts are about the same as yours. Also a vote against...even if it were in the majority would gain nothing for any of us. My only regret now is I didn't have funds available to take advantage of ALL those buying opportunities. <GGG> Now where on this dang ballot do I vote to preserve the US Robotics name? I don't see it!!! I guess I'll have to start a petition! Would you sign it...if so I'll do it here on SI (with SI's okay of course). Scrapps
