Good news for ENTU holders: RSA Security (RSAS) 39 1/2 +3/16: Company issues upside preannouncement for Q3; sees EPS of $0.24; current EPS estimate is $0.23. Revenue will be about $72 mln. Company announced also that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional four mln shares of its common stock over the next 12 months; see press release. "We exceeded Wall Street expectations for revenues and earnings, and all product lines and geographies were at or above our internal goals," said Art Coviello, president and CEO of RSA Security. "We were particularly pleased with the 34% sequential revenue growth we recorded for our public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions."
