thnx info, Gersh...

...wow man - lotsa work to make ~2 bones on AMAT :-/

I was expecting more of a NVLS/KLAC kinda dead cat bounce - but they downgraded the bellwether on me, so I was riding the wrong dead cat in the SOX.X sector :-(

sometimes, an end-of-day NAV StockFund is convenient: yesterday (free-fall scenario) I sold MM and bought StockFund @ MKT On Close; today, sold StockFund @ MKT On Close - back to MM...

...apparently it's also useful to sell an end-of-day NAV StockFund in a "DownTrend w/occasional explosive rally" environment where we're getting frequent "after the bell" earnings warnings ;-)

what I really want to do, at the end of a "free fall scenario" session - is sell PUTs "at market on CLOSE" but, no matter how near I get to the session CLOSE - I always get screwed by the CBOE when I try to do this.
