Carolyn: Reread my posts for the true meaning of what I am saying regarding Al Gore's allegorical, metaphorical stories. (No pun intended.) Jesus more often than not answered a question with a question of his own, did he not? There is great truth to Al Gore's stories ... more than you may realize. Think in "universal" terms, not how long Kailey was without a desk. That is immaterial. Even if she was without a desk for only one day, this speaks volumes of how much more assistance the federal government can offer America's school districts. The tragedy of the Kailey story is that there were 36 kids in her science class. I'm sure you would agree with me that overcrowded classes do not make for good learning. There is a greater universal truth to all of Al Gore's stories than meets the eye. Do not become influenced by all the right-wingers on this thread who scream, "He's lying!" They have not yet seen the light.
