Oh contrare! The weak Euro has everything to do with it. When the Euro strengthens, so will DELL's sales. This is almost identical to DELL's Asia problems a while back. Asian currencies weakened, and the stock felt the pain. The difference is that Europe is a much larger market than Asia was then.
