Does anybody think the HLIT warning will have any effect? There are 2 ways to look at this:

1) HLIT gets all its business from T and that means T is slowing down ordering so GLW will suffer too.

2) Actually, this is good for GLW because it indicates that GLW is taking trade away from HLIT

What does anybody think?
