Mike - That 'not recommended' I put on INTC had all to do with the DEC patent suit. DEC announced today/yesterday they have hired the law firm that put an $800+ million hurt on Kodak in the Polaroid suit, and also put Kodak OUT of that business. I can't imagine DEC would go after INTC if they didn't think they had a case, and if only one judge will slap INTC with an injunction, however temporary, it's going to be real debacle. INTC investors, it seems, have forgotten about this impending case by pushing it up 1 1/2 to 162 1/2 on 13mil shrs. - DEC, however, was up 2 to 34 3/4 today on the news. Any opinion? Best, Casey
