Dell warns they will be 3 percent light in revenues due to softness in sales in Europe . HLIT also reporting a miss after the close. RSA Security (RSAS) 39 1/2 +3/16: Company issues upside preannouncement for Q3; sees EPS of $0.24; current EPS estimate is $0.23. Revenue will be about $72 mln. Company announced also that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional four mln shares of its common stock over the next 12 months; see press release.
