My intel guys were not aware of a "bonus pay out" in shares. They do however say that the employee stock purchase program allows for a buy price 15% lower than the lowest price for the previous 6 months... along with no commissions. They say that most people cash these in on the day they get them.. That day will be on August 15th. Is this what you were referring to? I'm curious! Tks, Rich
