DDR200, with a latency of CL2. That works out to be 20ns. They compared it with PC133 CL2, which has a latency of 13ns

But CL2 are the fastest parts on DDR200. Or did you mean to say CL3? You probably were referring to DDR266 cause you only mentioned DDR200.

(Warning: possible FUD ahead)
BTW, IMO, you can forget stable parts from DDR266. Even Intel has said they'll only be testing and using DDR200 cause DDR266 is so unstable. I've read others have said the same. DDR266 if it ever makes will also be much more expensive, more unstable and will have more production and compatibility problems as well.
