Sell into rally on any PC-related stocks.HWP,IBM,CPQ and SUNW would be the next one to warn. Without Dell's warning, I would think today's rally was positive. The market was set to have a short term rally. However, Dell's warning is likely to kill this rally soon or later. Remember, when INTEL announced the softness in EURO, DELL, CPQ, HP all came out to deny the softness in EURO-PC sale. Now the problem surfaced. DELL comes out to confirm what INTC saw two weeks ago. Who would be the next to warn PC slow down?

HWP, CPQ ,IBM and SUNW.

With DELL being added to the warning list, I believe any rally in NAZ is going to be short-lived. I will use this short term rally to unload all PC-Related stock including PC-Related semiconductor stocks. As I called to sell into rally for all PC related stocks two weeks ago, I continue to call sell into rally on any PC-related stocks.

As I discussed in previous, without PC and Semiconductor group, NAZ can not reverse its down trend. A technical short term rally shall be treated as an opportunity to sell.

Good luck to all.
