Darrell: The street doesn't have to do any better than 25 5/8. At 2 1/2 % returns on market cap, the performance is still a lot below what a value investor wants. We all gave Dell better p/e because we want to sit back and let Dell catch up to the 12% returns a rental property gives you. All the profits made other than what Dell made in earnings is taken from one shareholder or other. Market just wants Dell to catch up, and then it will give Dell its due. I will be with Dell, because I think Dell will catch up. But I won't blame the market because it wants to bring Dell to a 40 p/e.
