You should add "... on th AMD's CPU". Because
Intel still didn't get it, and their P-IIIs
are still manufactured without the "rocking"
protection (plastic legs). BTW, the heat sink
installation requires a force up to 20 lbs.
Imaging the stress at chip edges if the sink
is even lightly mis-collinear with the chip
surface during installation-reinsatllation...
