<The stock is down because> msft used to beat earnings enough to drive the stock. Stocks are ultimately driven by earnings, the stock will fluctuate on perception.
<Do folks upgrade the OS in their cellphones?> They upgrade their computer O/S. My neighbors 5 year old can format the HD & back online in less than 30 min. It takes me 40 min.
<move to the next level> we're not there yet. I did hear INTC is working on a O/S that will come on their chip.
