John,
As usual I respect your posts. This stock has been a painful learning experience for us all. Your comments in this thread have given me much to learn from and take to other investments. Your point regarding the convertibles and private placements is right on target. I have left some "dead" money in at the $5.00 range just to see how this story turns out.
