Again, you have no clue about P4 quantities. From an Intel fab guy:

Unfortunateky it's not likely going to happen. Defects don't know what kind of a die they're killing. I am neither confirming or denying PIII sort yields but if PIII is at 80%, then P4 would be lucky to be at 50% on the same process. 70% for P4 with it's large die is not possible on this process, unless P3 jumps to 90%+.
