Bob,

I split signals into HLC components so I've 3 data streams. Open lags and H or L measure it so for most functions I skip the open. For instance MACD results are improved if applied separately to H,L,C then summed as +1 or -1.

Daily bars trigger prior to close when myfunction applied to just H and L. Not often H and L fail opposite end retest after a signal. However including C at EOD improves reliability.

I respect your programing skills. Anything you add to enhance what I've mentioned will be well received.
