Noone should be sterilized against his/her will.
Noone should be on welfare: it should not exist except as a private contribution because private organizations are likely to look at the willingness of the individual to make something of his/herself.
Prisoners? Did you know that 60% of the prisoners in this country are there for VICTIMLESS crimes that "should not" even be crimes? Did you know that we jail more people per capita than any other country including other cruel countries like China and Russia?
