Keith, I wish I did. I have followed ACRT for several years and have been in and out a number of times. A few weeks ago I bought just above 20 and sold at 22 just before it took off over $30. I was kind of happy when it pulled back and I bought again at 21 and 20, then watched it drop clear to $18.

Based on the activity I suspect it could have been a rumor by short traders and the herd panic as there were many many 100 and 200 shares traded all day long and very few blocks that I saw. I still haven't seen any news, although we could get surprised in the am.

Anyway, I was happy to get my shares back and hoping the company will comment (to rumor or whatever) and see this get back through $24. I also bought IFCI today at 12 1/8, another stock I started buying and trading from 2 3/4.

I was pleased to see a fairly good recovery from $18 as that meant there were many more like us who had no news, only the awful chart. lol We should have the next clue in the morning - one way or the other.

Bruce
