I am sure that it is most likely not due to customer service. I have to wonder why a company is doing so well when it's subs have just horrible customer service. I was late on a bill for cell one in chicago. I received a harrassing phone call at work. No notice of disconnect was sent to me. I was advised of a disconnect pending. I told them I would mail a check and they stated that the service would be cut off. I called them back and tried to pay with a credit card. They put me in an automatic menu system that would not accept payment. I call back and the service rep put me back in the system.
I finally got it to accept payment after about three tries and one and half hours. Visited three cell one offices that day and they would not accept payment. Even though I got the system to accept the payment. they disconnected anyway. The tone has been terrible when I call I have to answer ten questions of verification every time I call Or they will not talk to me. I paid again with a credit card was told service would be restored it, It did not. So I have paid twice the same bill within two weeks and they have disconnected service. What ever happened to the days when customers came first? I can not see investing in this company. I am unloading in the A.M. I want to get out with profits. What a mess,
