Except Dick Cheney will be asking folks to vote for him when he, himself, has not voted in 14 of the past 16 elections. I remain troubled by this. Seems to me a smart individual would have had some ideas as to who to vote for. Forget the local stuff. Cheney missed two presidential primaries, two statewide and two state run-off elections.
