pass pass, It's of course just my opinion that COVD will be able to obtain the financing needed for the rapid expansion it is planning. I will point out that at the end of last quarter, cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments totaled over $750 million. In addition, it was announced last month that Covad will sell $500 million of five-year convertible notes privately. Covad is currently in good financial shape. The situation could certainly change if the company fails to execute. At this point in time (as evidenced by yesterday's comments from Knowling), the company appears to be meeting or exceeding plans and expectations. Regards - Dale
