Jan,

YHOO appears to be forming a steep declining WEDGE/FLAG, which should be bullish since it is declining, but I don't like the intense slope. It is not as steep as the MAR/APRIL decline, but its still too steep for me to call it a true BULLISH WEDGE/FLAG.

Its an IMPERFECT formation but it appears that YHOO just completed a "3 BLACK CROWs". Since it is imperfect, there are some doubts, but if it is a "3 BLACK CROWs" one should expect some more selling after this bounce.

For the short-term, YHOO should still have some more upside, if NAZ/NDX/market permitting. I see the first resistance at 97, if market permits.

Watch out for the possible 3 BLACK CROWs. Its quite reliable, but nothing is 100%.
