MU earnings are looking back, not forward. If there is a significant slowdown in computer sales, as indicated by DELL, INTC and AAPL, it means that DRAM prices will be falling, unit sales falling and earnings trend reversing. Also don't forget all new capacity coming online in the next 12 month. This combined with slower demand may absolutely devastate DRAM prices. Therefore in the grand scheme of things MU earnings are meaningless. Box makers warnings are more important.
