I do not have answers to your questions. After the IPO this stock went to $90 in a very short time. A pullback has occurred. IMHO, it has been overdone. The company lockup period has ended - maybe lots of employees have been selling. I would have thought they would have held out longer to get better prices - considering the price it was at. There was a secondary offering - priced at $70 - that as far as I know did not happen (since the stock tanked alot lower that $70). Not much input on this thread. I suggest the Yahoo/Raging Bull/Motley Fool web sites of other posts. Jim
