John,
Max should sell out to ibm. It will take too long to get to the higher numbers so even a ridiculously low price in the 30's would be welcome. BMC should recover but 40 is at least a year or two away so take 35 today and be done with it. I know from previous posts you think this is a fit. Does IBM's new strategy make it less of a fit? How does IBM's concentration of SUN affect a possible takeover? Mike
