How about them M's.. They went through the Sox like they were not even there. I liked Joey too.. kinda iffy on Randy.. But they better never trade Edgar. and I hope they open up that check book for Alex.. We will see. I'm with them through thick and thin though.
I'm also with you, on your "no crash scenario" for the market averages as we are having it in individual stocks.. At least as far as I can see.. But then again, I don't think crashes can be predicted.. It's against logic.. Crashes are surprises, A surprise is only that.. A surprise. haha on me..
So Susan, what i have been doing, is put the e-mini chart alongside my favorite "Hot chart of the day", GLW, LPTH, AFFX etc.. on a 5 min. basis, (they are almost identical) and trade in my market direction with close in options, or common .. usually to the long side, I do better in that direction low risk way .. I use Quote.com btw. I go to Ivolatility.com to look at volatility:

Use the mini chart for entry at support levels. etc..Tried the mini itself once lately with close stop and was nailed for a small loss..hhaha. It did not trade "one tick" above my stop and turned and went south big time... I had the direction perfect but my stop was too darn close.
Ticked me off so much, I went back to the above Low risk way.. but am going back to minis when I get stops figured out.. which I'm doing..
