Morning Julie, I always think of that as the surge, pause resurge in terms of markets or individual stocks. To me the initial surge generally has to be more than a day (several is best) and then the pause stage has to create no significant damage even if the pullback lasts awhile.

If we can do that and get that resurge stage in place, we may get somewhere.

If you look at the failed spring rallies the "pause phase" always did big damage and ruined the setup.

We'll pull out of this eventually, I hope it's now but still skeptical.
