that was a fast run to 12 3/8s i expect it will setttle now but remain most of day above 12 and if she closes above 12 i would say that yes the "bottom" was made and this short run has begun. question is will it pass the old one of 16-17 area if that happens next resitance looks to be 20 but lets not get ahead of ourselves today.. lets see orcl/csco/msft down of late (previous few sessions) but seem to be recovering. even DELL which warned (should have brought market to its knees ..like when intc warned) hasnt another good sign .. good luck to all. nice time for a pre election rally.
