Mindready Solutions Inc. Appoints New COO, Mr Louis
Larouche Joins Mindready's Senior Management Team

Mindready Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of nurun
Inc., announced today the appointment of Mr Louis Larouche as
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr Larouche
will be responsible for Mindready's global operating strategy and
will coordinate the company's operations, financial performance,
human resources and expansion plans.
Mr Larouche brings with him more than 22 years of experience in
management, strategic planning and corporate business development
in high technology he acquired through several managing positions
he held with Bell Canada. Mr Larouche has successfully led and
implemented various significant projects involving outsourcing
information technology services with Bell Sygma before joining
Bell Canada where he held the position of Managing Director,
Professional Services. Mr Larouche has been actively involved in
the business community and acted as President of the Canadian
Association of Information Technology in 1993.
With its strengthened senior management team, Mindready intends to
pursue its aggressive expansion plans that will allow Mindready to
maintain and increase its leadership position in providing a full
suite of real-time communications solutions as well as test
engineering services to its clients throughout the world.
