I know Brown has almost near close cut-off time but you cannot trade funds on net, you need to call a broker.
they have relatively low transaction fee - no load, 19 each way. load buy 0 sell 19 exch 19.
you have quite a lot of funds to choose from ...

most fund families impose limit on how many exchanges you can make each quarter or each year ... but brokers mostly dont, except those no transaction fee type.
