techtfh...when to buy? short term momentum stable to up....intermediate and long term still down....oddly enough the momentum doesn't always equate to share price movement in either direction. it can be deemed a falling knife, lot of distribution at 26....can break short term either way..... better to wait for a sound basing and turn up...would rather buy at 35 on the way up, then 25 on the way down.... too many other opportunities or reasons to preserve capital... good luck...ed a.
