Hi Sr K - not sure people understand the difference between an SEC filing and the actual selling of the stock. Janus is holding the restricted shares, and there is no reason it should anymore, so a filing frees her from the bondage. Obviously, Janus could then go ahead and sell, since she has done it with other companies before, but the current panic thinking it is a done deal is a big assumption best, Bosco
