Hi Sr K - my thinking is more in tune with AA [the other post responding to you.] While SEC filing can happen anytime, unless there is an lockup period, if Janus wanted to unload the stock right away, the filing could have happened earlier, say last month. At least 2 reasons. 1) Why would she give herself up at the mercy of Mr Market? and 2) If she wants to get out right away, why let the holding to stick around after the window dressing period?

But maybe you have better reason for you to draw your conclusion
