Affinity is now in the final signoff stage--has definite probability for next week. The primary audit is finally completed and the review is ongoing now.

The audit reviews of the companies can then be done for the IBank which should take a couple weeks or so. Then the registration about the first of the month. Draw availability shortly after.

Revenue flow indicates there will be a drastically reduced need of funding. They may only need up to about $25 million unless something changes needing additional front end funding. They can get by on drastically less but that could slow the anticipated growth projections.
