Bush's behavior and sex history before he turned 40? Track down any women he may have met and use a lure of a lifetime of money and fame in order to get someone to make charges against him? Yes,use the exact same tactics in order to pull Bush into a civil trial, bog down his presidency, and use set-up meetings and illegal tape recordings in order to get a trip-up in the civil proceeding whereby this can assist in convening of a more powerful grand jury where the prosecutor will have unlimited powers to question Mr. Bush (even using illegally obtained materials for the questioning) and, while in the process of such an expedition, allow leaks to the media during ill-timed poltical moments? Maybe waste another 70 million dollars in the process?
