ON BLS, there was an earlier article by an independant financial writer stating that Bell South had decided to convert their extensive South american wireless properties from TDMA to CDMA. There were no further stories on the subject, I believe the article. This change in direction by BLS would leave AT&T without the critical purchasing mass to achieve large scale economics on their TDMA to EDGE conversion. AWE is screwed any way they go. JohnG
