Japan is beginning to export oil...no joke. that's because oil and distillate prices in the rest of Asia are higher than in Japan...so the Japanese oil majors are now exporting oil from Japan to Korea and Singapore... what's with the salt content of the SPR oil? there were some rumors last week that the stuff was close to being unusable...
