I read the Chase/H&Q piece on affx. Anyone know whey they didn't even mention the Oxford litigation? AFFX lost round 1 in the UK, and if that is upheld, the stock may wish that it had borrowed a net from Cirque de Soleil. I think the analyst should have at least discussed it. Did H&Q do banking for AFFX?
