Looks like they are going to wait for the last 1/2 hour to break out the big guns. MRVC looks to be under accumulation at this level. I think when CSCO hits 56 7/8, it might be the time to jump in to whatever naz stock you like for the rally (or not). Using CSCO as a proxy for the naz.
