Hi Mike: Yes, the "heh, heh, heh", is just a slightly quieter, almost under one's breath type of "ho, ho, ho". Typical low key Canuck approach to a giggle. (g) "I'm in it for the long term" is going to go down in history as the best piece of brain-washing ever seen.
