Why were you in jail?

Bonnie, you do ask the darnest questions! It must have been something I said LOL

It all goes back to words and how people perceive them.

I maintain there are no bad words, just bad thoughts. The offending post has, of course been deleted but I’m assuming one of the words which landed me in jail was the one meaning “copulate”. (God, I hope I won’t get in trouble for saying copulate.) The strange thing is, I just typed the word – didn’t use it as in “copulate you”, or “what the copulate” or “go copulate yourself”. Know what I mean? There was nothing implied.

Small people, small minds.

Thought du jour

“As the Latin languages are not composed of two diverse elements, as English is of Latin and German, so the Latin mind does not have two spheres of sentiment, one vulgar and the other sublime. All changes are variations on a single key, which is the key of intelligence.” – George Santayana.
