As usual, you are bang on Teresa...I am infuriated by our social contract...several years ago my mother needed hip replacement surgery...the wait was intolerable so I took her to the States for it...as regards to "don't give them any" I do my best in this avenue but even this is limited(and I trained as a CA)..another option is to leave...my time may be close.......ian
