Ouch... scary " More BS Scott, Ted? Bush was well aware of Mr Putin and his name prior to him being elected to the presidency of Russia. I recall someone asking him about Putin in an interview on a news program. Bush was well versed on what what going on in Russia. I suspect he didn't forget Putins name after he won. Jim
