FYI- just got this in the mail:

at Datek the cost of an option trade is $9.99 plus $1.75 per contract, they offer free real-time option price chains for non-professional users and their online interface is fast and easy to use for order entry. they also have realtime portfolio updating so you know where you stand minute by minute.

the only problems i've ever had is trying to deal with the humans there by telephone or email but so much is automated, accurate and simple to use that i rarely ever have to talk to a human.

they are MUCH easier to use, provide faster and quicker information and are MUCH less expensive than where i am currently trading options (Accutrade).
