Paul, Regarding the Caliper suit, I don't know much more than the article I posted but this weekend I will try to find out more. This stock just got slaughtered today. In less than a week it's been cut in third on almost no news. I suspect it's insiders unloading at any price in fear of the bottom falling out of the market. This is not widely held stock and there is not much of a market for it so the price just collapses under this kind of pressure. My timing was impeccably bad almost to the minute. Fortunately it's a small position. The bigger question: when is it safe to go back in? There may well be some bad news out there that we don't know related to the suit. If they lose their patent it may mean loss of business to cheaper competitors. Caliper has held up fairly well. I gather that's the main competitor. Correct me if I'm wrong. Do you anything them? I should probably swing by that board. Best regards, Larry
