ru2 I'm sure you mean 99 lows.
************************************************************
I typed what I was thinking. 98 LoWs. Perhaps I was not thinking to clearly. That was my first post to any thread on the Internet ever. I have only talked to people about stocks in person before now. In person I would have asked that question and chuckled loudly. I guess I should have put the <g> at the end of the question.<GGG> Now that your questioning me I realize it would have been better to ask:

If the NaZ goes to 2800 next week what do you see happening
to QCOM?

I don't know much about QCOM. It got my attention when LG posted a chart of it along with the DoW and the NAZ. It's been showing so much counter trend strength I am wondering if it may be one of the market leaders when we bounce back the other way. it's a good company with a good PE. If we go to 2800 on the NAZ I think that PE's may become fashionable again. < GGG > So I am wondering if it could pull back to support at 78 and hang in there while the rest of the market tanks to 3250, or even 2800.

You not that bearish to feel the NAZ could go to 1357?

my sense of overstatement translated poorly, sorry about that. Like I said I normally talk to people live about stocks. I would have said 98 lows and laughed and we would have started drawing trend lines and fib retracements.

1357? I strongly suspect the we would make bounce before it went that far. <G> I guess we make bounce at 2800 if not 3250?

1357? Depression? Well, we have not had one in a while, so maybe were due. GOing to 2800 which I think is possible could cause a lot of carnage. Maybe enough that the Microsoft's and CSCO's get the stock option printing press turned off. I'm in Silicon Valley at the moment and Stock Options are still good currency, although a lot of people are a bit nervous. 2800 might make people ask for cash instead of options. If the printing press stops companies have to pay with real money. The TECH sector ain't used to that. Who knows what could happen. Not me. <GGGGG>
Seriously, 1357? Ain't impossible. but 2850 is in the way!<GGGG> I guess I'll worry about 1357 when we get to 2850. Come to think of it you were right I was not thinking about 98, sorry about that. I ain't adjusted this cyberspace stock talk thing yet. <GG> It may take another couple of posts.

Just wondering how well QCom might hold up under serious pressure. By the way what do ROFLMAO and BDWIK mean?
