OK, I read the thread of conversation between you and Freeus. I have to say that I agree with you, more (although I think that Freeus made some good points, yet the overall reasoning was conflicted in its legal construction).

The flaws of government are: straying from the basis of the Constitution, pandering to special interests, playing favoritism among groups and classes of citizens, and blatant disregard for checks and balances in and among the branches of government.

In order to be applied properly, the law must be extended to all citizens in a equal and fair manner. I believe that includes the unborn.

I asked this question last night: If a person murders a pregnant woman (and the unborn child dies, too), should the murderer be charged with double homicide?

Quite a paradox for the convenience-minded...
